CHARLOIS SPECIAAL is a brand new art festival to take place for ten days in Rotterdam South. With an inspirational cooperation between local artists and residents in the Charlois area, projects and artworks at an international level will be installed en route the workplaces of artists living in Charlois. Attend lectures, performances, and pop-up exhibitions at unusual locations. There’s music, and of course plenty of food and drinks.
